Date of application for MECEE 2022 Nepal – December 29, 2021

The Medical Education Commission in Nepal (MECEE) is inviting people to apply online for positions in the following health professional programmes, which are offered by all medical universities in Nepal, associated medical colleges in Nepal, and health science academies. Sanothmi, Bhaktapur’s Medical Education Commission has issued a notification for the Medical Education Common Entrance Examination for Bachelor Level Programs (MECEE-UG 2022) for admission to study medicine in Nepal the following programmes through Common Entrance Exam in Nepal :
• MBBS
• BDS
• BSc Nursing, BASLP, B Perfusion Technology
• BAMS, BNS, BSc MLT, BSc MIT, B Pharm, B Optometry, BPT
• BAMS, BNS, BSc MLT, BSc MIT, B Pharm, B Optometry, BPT
• BPH
From December 29, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., until February 3, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., qualified applicants can apply online at www.mec.gov.np or https://entrance mec.gov.np (NST).

All of the above-mentioned programmes will have a full integer of 200 points and a three-hour entrance examination. Candidates are allowed to apply to more than one programme. Each programme, however, requires a unique bank voucher and online application form. There can be no direct admissionwithout NEET for Indian students to MBBS in Nepal.
The Medical Education Commission will administer a common entrance examination in Nepal for students enrolling in various programmes and colleges across the country, according to the National Medical Education Act 2075. There will be No Direct Admission to MBBS in Nepal.
In the Day 1 test, there will be a common question paper for all academic programmes.
In the Day 2 test, there will be a distinct question paper for each academic programme.
All candidates must complete the online application to MECEE UG 2022 by the deadline. The admissions will be administered by MEC Nepal and there is no freeway to it. There can be no direct admission to MBBS Nepal in any medical college in Nepal without sitting for common entrance exam in Nepal or any other approved entrance exam.
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply for several programmes and make separate bank payments according to the aforesaid examination schedule for MECEE UG 2022 Nepal.

Entrance Exam Fee: NPR 8,000/- (eight thousands) or equivalent, excluding bank fees.
Start time & date for Fee Deposit: 10:00 AM (NST), December 29, 2021
Deadline for Fee Deposit 3:00 PM (NST), January 31, 2022
Application Deadline: 5:00 PM (NST), February 3, 2022
Note: Before submitting the application, you can amend it and save the file. It is not possible to alter an application once it has been submitted. Applicants may, however, reapply by attaching a fresh bank voucher/payment slip.
Foreign candidates will be eligible to fill up to 8.25 percent of seats in government colleges and academies in the above academic programmes.
Private institutions administered by Nepalese management teams account for 33% of seats.
Private colleges administered by Nepalese and foreign management teams account for half of the seats.
