The open house matching with Biometric Verification for foreign students who appeared entrance examination of Bachelor Level Program (MECEE BL 2022) is scheduled as follows –

A. For the seats for foreign candidates who appeared MECEE-BL 2022

Venue for open house matching: Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi Bhaktapur

Available Foreign seats: 8.25% (8 seats out of 100 seats) in public colleges, 33% in private colleges and 50% in private colleges run by Foreign Management (College of Medical Sciences and Manipal College of Medical Sciences).

• The successful candidates, as per the merit list published on 6^th April 2022 are required to be present physically with the exam admit card, score card, passport/ aadhar card and the original documents as submitted with online form.
• No candidates will be allowed to enter the hall after the open house matching session begins.
• Candidates will be verified with the Biometrics attendance taken during the entrance examination, and the same will be sent to respective colleges.
• The matched candidates are required to take admission in the respective University (NOT directly to the college)/Academy.

B. For the seats remaining vacant after admission:

    The open house matching for foreign candidates who had duly applied with the second option, NOT to appear in entrance examination in Bachelor Level Program (MECEE-BL 2022) but to apply for the remaining foreign seats based on the score obtained in the national level common entrance examination of their respective country.

The Exam Schedule is as follows-

Venue for open house matching: Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

• Since the number of seats available exceeded the number of the merit candidates, there will be only one event of matching each for the merit candidates and the one who applied with the second option.
• The seats remaining vacant henceforth will be converted into Nepalese open (Paying) seats.
• The candidates who submit the fake document will be rusticated during matching or even after admission and S/he will be liable for legal actions as per prevailing role and regulations of Nepal.
