Admission procedure of Birat Medical College

Admission to Birat Medical College Nepal is based on the results of the entrance exam conducted by the MEC Nepal.

1. Students must have passed their SLC/SEE/Equivalent or higher level examination from a recognized board or university with at least 50% aggregate marks in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology)
2. Students must have appeared and cleared the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University (IOM TU) entrance exam.
3. Fill in the application form.
4. Submit the application form along with the required documents to the college.
5. The college will then shortlist the applicants on the basis of marks obtained in the IOM TU entrance exam and the percentage of marks obtained in the SLC/SEE/Equivalent or higher level examination.
6. The selected students will be called for the counseling session.
7. During the counseling session, students must bring their original documents along with the attested copies.
8. After the counseling session, selected students will be given admission letters.
9. The selected students must then pay the admission fee as per the college rules and regulations.
